Our vision is to transform lives and communities through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We have three core practices as a ministry. 1. Equip the church to be a strategic gospel center for transformation 2. Educate the child through our sponsor-a-child program 3. Empower the community through our Living Wells community development projects.
Overview: Short-Term Project: Door to Door Evangelism: They will work with a church planter to do broad seed sowing in the remote areas in hopes to see people plugged into the local church. They will also be connecting with the local schools to share Christ with the students and expose them on the churches Youth Ministry.
Projects: Village transformation project at Adewei-Cope (Same thing needed in Sokode area) Adewei-Cope is a village in the central region, primarily Muslim, of Togo. We have put in a Water Well and planted a church with 44 baptisms thus far. We would like a team from CBC to do: 1. Village and area-wide evangelism and discipleship. This would entail prayer walking the community, door-to-door witnessing, and home bible studies. 2. Agriculture Development. We could use an agriculture specialist to help with gardening, irrigation, and small cash crops. 3. Community Health Care. We could use a health care team of a doctor, nurses, and teachers for a 2-3 day wellness clinic in the village. 4. School Building. We also could use builders to construct a small school. The government school is a dirt floor, grass, and thatch construction that is dilapidated. The director of the school is one of the 44 baptized members of the Adwei-Cope church.
