Happy May! This month we are learning all about the early church and those who were essential in building it. We'll learn how these great leaders used their unique abilities to spread the Good News of Jesus.
How are you sharing the Good News of Jesus?
Maybe it's in your workplace, when you take your kids to the park, at a restaurant, or with a friend over coffee. Or maybe you find that it's hard for you to create and take opportunities to share with others about Jesus. No shame at all, we get how hard it can be. However, we are called to be courageous in sharing the Good News! How can we spur one another on and encourage one another to share with those around us? How can we help our children understand the importance of the Gospel and how to share with those around them, even when it's not easy? We're here to support you as you walk this out in your life and lead your children in this areas as well.
Your child's greatest leader in discipleship is YOU. Have a suggestion on how we can serve & partner with our families? We'd love to hear from you! Feel free to reach out (ashley@keystonechurch.us). |
Hey moms, step-moms, grandmas, sisters, and mom-figures. Happy Mother's Day! Thank you for the way you love, influence, and mother the kids in your life. We love you! |
HEROIC: A 4-WEEK SERIES FROM THE NEW TESTAMENT ON THE EARLY CHURCH SERIES OVERVIEW:
Every kid wishes they had superpowers, but with Jesus, we don’t need x-ray vision or invisibility to be heroes! In this four-week series, kids will hear stories about the heroes of the Early Church — the apostles and disciples who used their unique abilities to spread the good news of Jesus. Through their stories, we’ll see that anyone can do great things for God because God gives everyone a mission, the Holy Spirit gives us power, and we’re heroic when we work as a team!

REGISTRATION IS OPEN! Our Deep Sea VBS will be June 22nd-24th. Our 3 year old through 1st graders will be diving deep into growing their faith!
Whether your kids have been attending church regularly or they’re brand new to the church scene, their faith is still very young. As a grown-up who’s been following Jesus for a while, you’ve probably figured out a few ways to grow spiritually. The kids you’re leading, on the other hand, aren’t grown-ups, so they might need a little help from you to figure out how, exactly, to grow spiritually. So, what should spiritual growth look like for a kid? We like to think about it in terms of four spiritual habits. To help a kid’s faith grow deeper, encourage them to spend time with God, spend time with others, use their gifts, and share their story.
We will be touching on all four of these topics in a very practical and, of course, engaging way during VBS 2023. We hope to see you there. Click the button below to register your littles!

We are also excited to announce camp dates for our 2nd-5th graders!

Growing spiritually doesn’t have to be an unsolved mystery! Our 2nd-5th graders will take a three-day journey as kid detectives where they dig into a few of Jesus’ parables to solve the mysteries of how to grow their faith, how to care for, serve, and love others. They’ll discover that the answers have been there all along: spend time with God, spend time with others, use your gifts, and share your story. |
Summertime Playgroups! This summer we are doing something a little bit different.
Instead of Midweek Mamas, we are hosting summertime playgroups. These groups with be the 1st and 3rd Friday of every summer month (June-August). These will be at different parks & splash pads and the meeting location will be communicated the Wednesday before the meet-up. These playgroups are for any and all families to join. You can sign up whether you'll come to all of the groups or just one or two. It's an easy way to plan a fun outing for the kids while connecting with other families!
