WORSHIP LEADER - FULL TIME POSITION OPEN
Overview
Life Now Church seeking a passionate Worship Leader to inspire and lead our congregation in heartfelt praise and worship experiences. This vital role involves guiding musical worship, cultivating spiritual growth through music, and fostering an experience where people can encounter Jesus. The Worship Leader will collaborate closely with lead pastor/church staff, musicians, and volunteers to create meaningful worship sessions that uplift spirits and deepen faith. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence lives through music and spiritual leadership within a faith-based community. Life Now Church is growing and currently expanding our current facility to "Make More Room". LNC exists to help people connect to God through a relationship with His Son, Jesus Christ. The worship leader must believe in, fully embrace, and be a culture carrier of these values.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct music rehearsals and worship services
- Select appropriate music for services in collaboration with the heart, vision, mission as stated in LNC's core values
- Train and mentor musicians and vocalists
- Coordinate with sound and media teams for seamless worship services
- Communicate effectively with the congregation during worship services
- Educate and engage the congregation in worship activities
Qualifications
-Growing as a follower of Jesus
-Good with people
-Team player
- Strong leadership skills to guide the worship team effectively
- Ability to mentor and develop musical talents within the team
-Recruit new team members
- Excellent communication skills to engage with the congregation during services
- Proficient in selecting appropriate music for worship services
-Understanding of/ability to learn Planning Center, Prime, and Pro-Presenter

Experience
-previous church staff and worship leading experience is a must
