Several of you took advantage of recent Virtual Open Houses to chat with Superintendents Robroy Ranger and Cathy Tastad. We hope you found the discussions helpful as the Oregon and Pacific Northwest Conferences continue a process of new-conference discernment together!
Most recently, boards of administration members from both conference met in Vancouver for a 1-day gathering to receive updates from the superintendents and to also engage in collaborative discussions and leadership style assessment work.
Also, the ONE NETWORK website is periodically posting updates as they come available, which will include timelines for next steps in this journey of discovery. You are encouraged to check it out!
Members of both conferences will continue to receive a periodic One Network Newsletter. NOTE: Since it is published through a new communications thread, your email server may receive it as spam. To avoid this, please add no-reply@emails.community to your email contact list today.
Stay tuned and share your thoughts as the ONE NETWORK discovery work continues! |

Leading Through Loss:
Guiding Teams Through Change Tuesday, July 21 12:00 -1:30pm on Zoom
Leadership Labs are now FREE to our community. ____________
As leaders, we often focus on helping people navigate change, but every change also involves some form of loss. Whether you're responding to change affecting your team or leading a new initiative yourself, understanding this connection can help you lead with greater wisdom, compassion, and effectiveness. Join us for this interactive Leadership Lab as we reflect on our own experiences of change and explore practical ways to guide people through the grief, uncertainty, and new beginnings that accompany every transition.
Can't wait to see you there! https://www.leadershipcenter.co/offers/qBvmuBE2/checkout |
