Pathway – Music Minister
|
|
Pathway Baptist Church in Dothan, Alabama, is prayerfully seeking a Minister of Music. Pathway is a small church that enjoys a variety of theologically sound music styles. The church is in a great location and is ready for growth, both spiritually and numerically.
|
|
The church desires the position to be full-time but is open to part-time, bi-vocational, or a student intern. If the position is full-time, it would be desirable for the minister to also assist with the youth ministry.
|
|
Primary responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and conducting a comprehensive church music program; assisting the pastor in planning worship services; directing an adult choir, ensembles, soloists, and instrumental musicians; coordinating the music ministry with the church calendar; and coordinating the operation of the sound system.
