***IMPORTANT PLEASE READ***

You must complete both this first screen for parent information and the next screen for each child's information to register. Your information will not be saved and registered until each step is fully completed. 

STEP 1 (Parent/Guardian Information):
Please fill out this screen below with the parent/guardian names of the child you wish to register in the "First Name/Last Name" fields. Once finished filling out the information on this screen, please click “Continue” and then "OK" on the blue pop that appears.

STEP 2 (Child Information):
After hitting "Continue" please fill out the information for each child you are registering for the event. If you need to add more than one child, please click "Add another person" and complete the information accordingly.
