Student Transportation Waiver

I, as the parent or legal guardian, give my consent for my child to travel by bus to and from Crossroads Summer Camp on the dates of June15-19, 2026. I understand that: 1) My child will be transported by a transportation provider (chartered bus) arranged by TrueNorth Church. 2) The church and transportation provider will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all passengers. 3) Despite these precautions, there are inherent risks associated with travel, including but not limited to accidents, delays, and unforeseen events. I hereby release and hold harmless TrueNorth Church, its staff, volunteers, and the transportation provider from any liability, claims, or damages that may arise from my child�s participation in this transportation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
