Saturday, October 14, Reset and Restore Your Resiliency, 9:00 a.m. to Noon. Participate in different ways to recharge your life and become more resilient. Multiple guests will share their own experiences and help participants get hands-on training to develop practical skills in calming skills and coping skills for adults and children; mind/body stretching; guided meditation; communication and listening skills; and journaling.
