Choir Rehearsals are Sunday nights from 5:30-7:15 beginning Sept. 7.  A mandatory Dress Rehearsal will be on Dec. 13, 9am-12:30pm and the full Christmas Production on Sunday Dec. 14 during morning church services.

Child Information

  - Please fill out all of the following information for each child in your family

T-shirts provided for the performance. Your child will get to keep their t-shirt.

  - You will also be asked to provide black pants and black shoes (or socks) for the performance.

Please commit to making every rehearsal and priority and then sign below and SUBMIT.
