Trunk or Treaters will spend the evening going from trunk to trunk, collecting candy from hosts who have decorated their “trunk space” to serve as the backdrop for this family friendly event. “Trunkers” are asked to decorate their 6x6 space for the “treaters”. Event is 5:00 PM-8:00 PM, October 25th.

RULES:
*Registration is free for this event; however, all registrations are due by 5p on Monday, October 21st.
*All local businesses & Harvest New Beginnings (HNB) attenders will be allowed to register trunks for this year’s event, however trick or treating is open to everyone

*Please keep your decorations limited to a family friendly theme

*You may decorate your trunk space to represent your business
*Participants will not need to provide candy for distribution, HNB will provide candy
*Please be courteous to your neighbors and keep your decorations confined to your designated spaces
*No amplified music
*NO electricity will be provided for Trunkers
*Active selling &/or marketing is prohibited at this event however you may hand out info about your business with treats
*ALL trunks and their owners will be photographed
*Volunteers must arrive NO LATER than 4:15pm and have their space fully decorated and ready to go by 5:00pm
*People’s Choice judging will take place until 6:30pm and will be announced no later than 7:15pm
*You must stay till the conclusion of the event.
*All trunk themes are subject to approval.
*Most important of all...HAVE FUN and BE SAFE
