This questionnaire is the starting point for anyone interested in serving at Calvary Chapel Oakdale.
We are very excited for you to prayerfully consider serving the Lord in this way.
The Lord Jesus modeled service for us and said this in Mark 10:45, "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many."
