We're so excited for Kids Camp 2025! 

This camp is for all children aged 3-5 (potty trained) and all students entering kindergarten - 5th grade for the 2025/2026 school year.

Kids Camp will take place July 16-19 from 9am-3pm each day. Camp will be held at the east campus location at 101 Mall Blvd. All north campus children will be shuttled to the east campus at 8:00am and return around 3:30pm each day.

For each day of camp, please bring a lunch for your child. (A nut-free lunch that has its own insulation/ice-pack attached.) Also pack a refillable & labeled water bottle, so your child will stay extra hydrated.

CONSENT AND RELEASE FORM

I/WE GIVE PERMISSION FOR THIS CHILD TO PARTICIPATE AND ENGAGE IN ALL KIDS CAMP ACTIVITIES WITH GRACE LIFE CHURCH. ALSO, FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, THE ORGANIZATION HAS MY PERMISSION TO USE PICTURES OR VIDEOS THAT SHOULD HAPPEN TO INCLUDE MY CHILD.

I/WE HEREBY FULLY WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE GRACE LIFE CHURCH, AND ITS AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, STAFF, AND VOLUNTEERS FROM ANY AND ALL RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS, ARISING NOW AND/OR IN THE FUTURE, OUT OF MY CHILDREN’S PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITIES IN KIDS CAMP.

I/WE FURTHER AUTHORIZE THE EMPLOYEES OR STAFF OF GRACE LIFE CHURCH TO OBTAIN ANY EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT THAT THEY MAY DEEM NECESSARY DURING KIDS CAMP HOURS IF I CANNOT BE REACHED.
