As a condition of playing sports at Valley View, you recognize there is an inherent risk from participating in sports and sports related activities.

I) The participant, voluntarily & willingly elects to participate in this Valley View Church (VVC) sports activity, does recognize there is always an inherent risk in the participation of sports related activities.

II) Those participating voluntarily assume risk of property, bodily loss, damage, or injury, including death that may sustained by participating in games and all related activities.

III) In consideration of being permitted to participate, the participant releases VVC and its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers:
