Welcome to AWANA 2022-2023! Club starts Tuesday, September 6th.

AWANA Registration is prorated if you join during the year, so please choose "pay later/check" and we will send you payment information with the prorated amount due.

Village Church of Barrington AWANA Clubs - Waiver of Liability

  - Given the COVID-19 environment, the Village Church of Barrington (VCB) is requiring all participants in the AWANA programming to adhere to the following safety guidelines in order to reduce the risk or spread of infection. Before each club night, you will be required to confirm the following: o My child has not had contact with anyone confirmed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days. o At any point in the future, if I have reason to believe my child has come into contact with someone with COVID-19, I agree to immediately notify Tony Marineau and keep my son/daughter at home. Individuals who have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who is suspected of having this infection should isolate at home and monitor symptoms for 14 days. (Close contact is considered to be within six feet, for more than fifteen minutes, of an individual who tested positive or who is suspected of having COVID-19.). o My child is not currently experiencing any of the following symptoms: Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea. o My child has not experienced any of the above symptoms within the last 10 days. I agree to not allow my student to participate in AWANA at VCB with the above symptoms. An individual who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who is suspected of having this infection should seek medical attention, self-isolate, and follow CDC guidelines for discontinuing isolation. I have read the information above. I agree to adhere to the above safety guidelines as long as my child participates in AWANA at VCB. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENT/GUARDIAN TO CHECK THEIR CHILD FOR SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 PRIOR TO ATTENDING AWANA. AWANA VOLUNTEERS WILL MONITOR KIDS DURING PROGRAMMING FOR SYMPTOMS.
