When you hear the word "rest" what comes to mind? Lying in a hammock or a chair at the beach, cuddling in a soft, cozy blanket on a cold day? We hustle and bustle through our days, rarely taking time to slow down and rest until we fall into bed at night. Psalm 46:10 says, “Be still and know I am God…” We all need to slow down, set aside our “To Do” lists, quiet the noise, and enjoy the stillness that lies deep within - the mystery of Christ in us.
