We are excited to enroll your student(s) in Sunshine School!
Here's the important information before we get started...
FEE INFO. Fees per student: **The $50 non-refundable Application Fee is due today.**
You will receive a form by email that will enable you to pay the remainder of the enrollment dues with your credit card. These forms are not auto-generated and must be customized for each family, so please give us a little time to get these sent out.
All new registrants must have a current Emergency Release and immunization records on file at Sunshine School BEFORE school starts. You will receive the release and can turn in shot records at Meet the Teacher in September. Your child will be placed on our class rosters upon the completion of this form and receipt of your credit card authorization form for your May 2021 tuition and Supply Fee.
* Application and Supply Fees are non-refundable. * May 2021 Tuition is only refundable if you withdraw before June 1, 2020.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFO. * ALL students enrolled in the 3s or Pre-K classes MUST be potty trained before the start of the school year. By signing and submitting this form you are acknowledging that you understand this requirement.
* Sunshine School times will be 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Mondays and Thursdays for 2 Day classes and 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for 3 Day PreK classes.
