Tahoe Weekend Away

Join us for an opportunity to recharge at the edge of beautiful Lake Tahoe, an informal gathering of our NCC community for a time of rest, refreshment, worship, fellowship, and play.

Prices are per person and include accommodations for 3 nights + 7 meals, Saturday breakfast through Monday breakfast. (Friday dinner is on your own.)

HOTEL STYLE ROOM with 2 queen beds

Double occupancy-adult/teen: $360 (pp for first 2 people)
Additional adult/teen: $150

Single occupancy-adult: $570

BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

If you're a solo attendee intending to share a room, kindly ensure you have a confirmed roommate who will register concurrently with you. This will help us manage our room allocation.

CHOOSE YOUR LODGING TYPE

- To start with, please book one hotel room or one cabin. Booking requires 1-2 people for a hotel room and 2 people for a cabin. Then after that, you can add any additional family members who will be staying with you.

Cabin

- Rustic cabins have shared bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Linens are supplied but beds not premade. NOTE: Cabins do not meet accessibility standards for people with disabilities.

Cabin: You are registering the first 2 people staying in the cabin. (You can add additional family members in the next section.)

Liability Release

- I warrant and represent that I am eighteen years of age or older, and I indemnify and hold harmless, release and discharge New Community Church, its constituent organizations, and its officers, agents and employees from any and all claims for personal injuries, property damage or wrongful death that I or any of my family members participating on this trip with me may suffer as a result of participation, whether or not such injuries or damage are caused by the negligence (active or passive), or any of the entities or individuals mentioned above.

Medical Consent

- In case of emergency, I give permission for appropriate care for myself and any family members participating with me on this trip. I agree that in the event there is injury to myself or any family member as a result of participation, including transportation to and from the event, that I shall be responsible for payment of any hospital, medical, dental or related costs and expenses, and to reimburse New Community Church for any of these expenses paid on my behalf. I consent to any necessary medical care and treatment in the event of injury, including but not limited to, diagnostic studies, anesthesia, and surgical intervention.
