Thank you for helping make this year’s Two Nights Before Christmas Event both fun and safe for all the families joining us on Monday night, the 23rd!

We’re excited to host two services (at 5 PM and 7 PM), followed by two parties immediately after each service concludes. Below is an overview of the roles that need to be filled to ensure the festivities run smoothly. As we get closer to the event, we’ll provide more detailed information for each position.

Roles Needed: 

• Food Prep: Food Prep will take place during each service. We will ask these volunteers to help us set up or reset all our refreshments for both after parties.  
• Food Server: Serving/ replenishing hot food items.
• Dessert Server: Serving/ replenishing dessert items.
• Drink Server: Serve hot chocolate,  apple cider, or coffee.  
• Runner: These volunteers need to be able to be "on the go" for whatever is needed during the party.  
• Popcorn Cart: Serving Popcorn from a cart.  
• Snow Slide Help:  These volunteers help with our snow slide; helping people into their tubes on the top of the hill and at the bottom of the slide for a safe exit from the snow slide area.    
• Kid's Snow Area:  We will have a special area for snow fun with little kids. Volunteers will monitor and keep the area safe for all families.
• Kid's Snow Globe: Help children and families enter and exit the Snow Globe and manage the line for those waiting for their turn. 
• Kid's Interactive Tent: Volunteers are needed to help kids have fun with Christmas activities outside.  
• End-of-Night Clean-Up: At the end of the event, we will need several people to help with Tear Down.  
• Kitchen Help: Can't help on Monday Night but would like to lend a hand in the kitchen with getting all our refreshments set for Monday night.  Join our kitchen team.
