We are excited to enroll your student(s) in Sunshine School!
Here's some important information before you get started...
Fees per student: The $50 non-refundable Application Fee is due today.
You will receive a payment form by email that will enable you to pay the supply fee and May 2023 tuition using your credit card. These forms are not auto-generated and must be customized for each family, so please allow us some time to create and send these. Once sent, the payment form must be returned within two weeks or we will move on to the next family on the wait list. Your child will be placed on our class rosters upon the completion of this form and receipt of your credit card authorization form for your May 2023 tuition and Supply Fee.
Refunds: - Application Fees are non-refundable. - Supply Fees are refundable only if we cannot place your child. - May’s Tuition is non-refundable after June 1, 2022.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFO: - ALL students enrolled in the 3s and Pre-K classes MUST be potty trained before the start of the school year. By signing and submitting this form you are acknowledging that you understand this requirement.
- Every student must have a current Emergency Release and immunization records on file at Sunshine School when school starts. You will receive the release at Meet the Teacher in September and can drop off or email shot records at anytime. As a private school we are not required to accept the Immunization Affidavit, but allowances may be made in special circumstances (i.e. alternate schedule due to allergies).
- Sunshine School times will be 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Mondays and Thursdays for 2 Day classes and 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for 3 Day PreK classes.
First, let's register your student(s)! Payment of Enrollment Fees is on the next page - please do not forget to complete both pages! If your child's class is full, please do not complete the registration or payment for that child. However, you may register other children. The waitlist can be found HERE.
