We will meet twice a week in July and August to run a 5k together, and then stick around for a coffee or drink/meal afterward. We're thinking of running on Tuesday or Wednesday evening and Saturday morning each week, but will firm this up depending on group member preferences and availability.
Any running pace is welcome and you do not have to attend NCC to join.
Our routes will be posted on our Strava club page and text reminders will go out the day before our runs.
