"According to the Pew Research Centers findings, 44% of Americans under the age of 30 believe marriage is heading for extinction. In 1960 nearly 70 percent of Americans took the plunge; now only about half that number, and eight times as many kids are born out of wedlock. (TIME/Pew Survey). Christian marriages are failing at a high rate between 40-50%. The recent Supreme court ruling on the definition of marriage has shown just how far our culture has shifted away from the word of God. In fact, 60-75% of youth are leaving the church after they leave home. Only 1 in 4 Christian teens share their parents core beliefs. Something has to change at the fundamental level if we are going to hand off our faith to the next generation.
