** Volunteers may fill multiple non-conflicting roles, if desired.
Load In & Set Up: (6) volunteers to assist with transporting equipment to the event space, then helping to set up that equipment. These volunteers should be available from arrival (10am) until 4pm.
Ticketing: (5) volunteers to handle all aspects of ticketing, from door management to scanning, selling and will calls. These volunteers should arrive by 4:30pm.
Merchandise: (4) volunteers to be responsible for merch sales from doors open to up to one (1) hour after event. These volunteers should arrive by 4:30pm.
Greeters:(4) volunteers to welcome guests and distribute goody bags at the sanctuary/auditorium entry door. These volunteers should arrive by 4:30pm.
Ushers: (4) volunteers to seat guests and accept the freewill offering. These volunteers should arrive by 4:30pm.
Prayer Partners: (12) volunteers to pray with attendees during the ministry time. These volunteers should arrive by 4:30pm.
Teardown & Load Out:(6) volunteers to assist with teardown and load out. These volunteers should be available for at least one (1) hour after the event has ended.
