VBS 2025 - Parent/Adult (Step 1)  


June 16-20, 2025, 9:00 a.m. - noon 

Welcome to registration for Vacation Bible School at Grace Polaris Church! VBS is free and open to kids & youth entering Grades 1-8 in the fall. Due to the large groups, fast pace and activities, we cannot take 5-year-olds in First Grade who are not 6 by September 30th (Ohio Dept. of Education guideline). Space is limited for all age groups. The accuracy of the information you provide in this form matters, so we can reach you when necessary and your child is placed correctly.

This is a two-step registration:
1) Tell us about you on the first page, choose "Continue" to add the first child
2) Then you will be asked to tell us about your child(ren) (entering Grades 1-8 in the fall). If not, watch for a small window/link to get there. 

It's going to be a priceless week! 

Watch for the confirmation email with helpful details for you and your child after submitting this 2-step registration. 

*If you are a VBS Volunteer with children younger than entering 1st grade PLEASE do NOT sign them up here. Please use the VBS K/PS & Younger 2025 registration form. Once you've registered as a volunteer you'll receive a confirmation email with the link you need for your younger children.*

Text Opt-in

  - I permit Grace Polaris Church to text my mobile phone number if my child needs me or in the event of a delay, closure, emergency, or other unique circumstance. Texts will usually come from Church Teams.

Health Precautions

  - To prevent the spread of sickness, we ask that you keep your child at home if he or she has had fever, rash, vomiting, diarrhea, or respiratory symptoms in the last 24 hours.
