Please note that the Registration Fees per player are NOT tax deductible. We have kept the registration fees as low as possible so that all families who wish to play can join us. Fees associated with this event go toward covering the cost of this event.
Entry Fee per Player:
$50 (Adult)
$25 (Child)
Entry Includes: 1 Round of Top Golf, Appetizers, and Awards
Top Golf allows 6 players per bay and each bay will represent a team. Bays will be assigned based on number of registrations. If you have players that you would like to play with please indicate their name in the fields as indicated we will do our best to place groups together.

Memo Line should include Golf and the players name.
