If you would like to participate by decorating a car and providing candy, please fill out the information below!

* Registering a car means you are signing up to come with your car, a decorated trunk, dressed in a costume and at least 1000 pieces of candy on hand. We will have great prizes for the top decorated trunks & costumes this year! If multiple families are sharing the same vehicle, please only register once. This will help us accurately count our participating trunks. 

We ask that there are no raffles, sign ups or games at your trunk. If this rule is violated, we reserve the right to ask you to cease such actions and confiscate sign up sheets, games and/or raffles. Family friendly costumes and decorations only. We reserve the right to deny a costume and/or trunk. raffle, or sign up.
