Each year our deacon ministry blesses those in need by providing food for their holiday dinner plus a little extra! You can help by nominating a recipient, donating food items, transporting food, packing bags or delivering care packages.

Fill out the form below in its entirety to nominate an individual or family to receive a Thanksgiving Care Package.

Please Note: If you nominate someone outside of the Grace Family, we would like for you to deliver it, but if you can't please indicate that in the "Additional Comments/Special Instructions" field below. Nomination does not guarantee receipt of a food package; the number of Thanksgiving Care Packages delivered depends on the amount of food donated, and Grace families with needs will be served first.
