This C/Group - WWLJ Widow Women Living for Jesus - is for widows of all ages and races. Our main mission is support and fellowship of each other, a way to not be so alone. On difficult holidays like Valentine's Day and Christmas we have a luncheon together in various restaurants throughout Chattanooga. Once a year we have a 1-day conference with informative and interesting speakers. We also work together on special community projects to reach out and help others. The Widow Cottage is always open to our widows who may need prayer, a quiet get-away, or just the company of someone who cares. |
