| City: North Charleston | Gender Mix: Co-ed / Mixed | Children: Some Ages Welcome (see description for details) | Location: Community Location | Description: 9:30AM-11:30AM Meet at: 1850 Truxtun Ave, North Charleston The mission of LowCountry Orphan Relief (LOR) is to provide support services and aid to meet the needs of LowCountry children identified as at-risk or suffering from abandonment, abuse and/or neglect. Our volunteers serve at the LOR Distribution Center and help sort, store, pack and distribute all donations for the children LOR serves. Each child, as a part of LOR’s mission, will receive a “Care Kit” filled with 2 weeks of clothing, shoes, and toiletries as well as school supplies, stuffed animals, and books. (Ages 12 and up) |
