Volunteer with Soldiers' Angels to supply low-income veterans and their families with food assistance at the Mobile Food Distribution. This project consists of preparing groceries (provided by the local food bank) for approximately 250 local veterans and their families. Volunteers then assist in the loading of the groceries into the veteran’s vehicle. Many of these veterans are disabled and have financial difficulties. It is a wonderful opportunity to give back to those who have given our nation so much. (Ages 12 and up)

Joseph Floyd Manor is a public housing facility in downtown Charleston. It is home to approximately 100 residents who are mostly low income, elderly and face a host of medical challenges. This team provides a monthly hot meal, a clothing distribution and fellowship. Our church enjoys a wonderful relationship with our ministry partners, Friends of Joseph Floyd Manor. Volunteer with Soldiers' Angels to supply low-income veterans and their families with food assistance at the Mobile Food Distribution. This project consists of preparing groceries (provided by the local food bank) for approximately 250 local veterans and their families. Volunteers then assist in the loading of the groceries into the veteran’s vehicle. Many of these veterans are disabled and have financial difficulties. It is a wonderful opportunity to give back to those who have given our nation so much. (Ages 12 and up)

The mission of LowCountry Orphan Relief (LOR) is to provide support services and aid to meet the needs of LowCountry children identified as at-risk or suffering from abandonment, abuse and/or neglect. Our volunteers serve at the LOR Distribution Center and help sort, store, pack and distribute all donations for the children LOR serves. Each child, as a part of LOR’s mission, will receive a “Care Kit” filled with 2 weeks of clothing, shoes, and toiletries as well as school supplies, stuffed animals, and books. (Ages 12 and up)

This team serves our “unhoused” neighbors through our partnership with Mt. Carmel UMC in downtown Charleston. This monthly tailgating event provides the most vulnerable in our community with a hot meal. It’s a great opportunity to share the love of Jesus with those who often feel unloved.

Joseph Floyd Manor is a public housing facility in downtown Charleston. It is home to approximately 100 residents who are mostly low income, elderly and face a host of medical challenges. This team provides a monthly hot meal, a clothing distribution and fellowship. Our church enjoys a wonderful relationship with our ministry partners, Friends of Joseph Floyd Manor. If you are looking for an opportunity where we generally need some extra help, this one is it!

Volunteer with Soldiers' Angels to supply low-income veterans and their families with food assistance at the Mobile Food Distribution. This project consists of preparing groceries (provided by the local food bank) for approximately 250 local veterans and their families. Volunteers then assist in the loading of the groceries into the veteran’s vehicle. Many of these veterans are disabled and have financial difficulties. It is a wonderful opportunity to give back to those who have given our nation so much. (Ages 12 and up)
