Description: Faith is a word that's common in both our culture and the church. It's a word you've probably used many times. But what does it mean? How can you know if your life is being guided by faith or by fear? And how can you learn the kind of trust in God that seems...well, crazy? Crazy is a relative term, after all. Many things seem normal today that at one point in time sounded crazy. But our see-it-to-believe-it generation tends to have a hard time exercising true faith—one that steps out, acts and sees mountain-moving results. Many of us would rather play it safe and stand on the sidelines. But it's crazy faith that helps us see God move and reveals his promises. Noah looked crazy when he started building the ark . . . until it started raining.

Description: Our world values being unique. So much so, that we end up looking the same as we try to be different. But we aren't a number. We aren't our clothes, our relationships, or our accomplishments. In Christ we are much more. In these four thought-provoking youth Bible study sessions, Eric Mason compares the message the world constantly tells teens about their identity with the truths found in Scripture. The world tells us it's all about how you look, what you have, what you do, and whom you are connected to. But Scripture teaches that while those things can be significant, they do not constitute who you are. As followers of Jesus Christ, our identity is found in Him. With biblical teaching and real-life stories, this series will help students ground their identity in Christ and live boldly as children of God and heirs of heaven.

Description: God can seem distant when dreams fade, people die, or careers fail. It may feel like He slammed the door in your face and walked out for good. No one knows the feeling of abandonment more than Ruth and Naomi. Their story begins with the worst—death, famine, and poverty. And God remains silent. But the book of Ruth doesn’t end with despair. The story brims with hope because God works on behalf of the two widows in ways they least expect.
