How to Export Fellowship One Information to a CSV File for importing into Churchteams

1. Create a group called “Churchteams export” with all participants

2. Click on reports

3. Typed A1030E in the search window on the top right of the page

4. Selected the second option, “Individuals in Groups” (or the appropriate set of individuals you want to select)

5. On the next page:

a. Select “Churchteams export” group

b. Select the appropriate filters for the desired results (i.e. adults, youth, etc.)

c. On the bottom of the page with the option “Choose an Output Type” select CSV.

d. Click “Run Report”

6. You will then be taken to a “Queue”

a. Click “Refresh for latest results” tab (processing may take a few minutes).

b. Once green “Complete” tab appears, click on it

c. Save file to computer

7. From the admin main menu use the upload option to import the file into Churchteams.
