Group Description: HAITI TEAM 2: Disaster Response mission to Haiti proposed to leave Friday May 21st from Orlando to travel to Miami then a Saturday departure to Port au Prince. There will be an orientation meeting Wednesday May 19th and a required debriefing meeting Monday May 30,2010. The trip will return the following Saturday with an overnight stay in Miami returning by train to Orlando on Sunday. All deployment requirements must be completed by the orientation meeting in order to submit data for the manifest for travel. Mission will include local clinic, mobile clinic to refugee camps, orphanage visits. Need for medical personel, emotional & spiritual care workers and several kitchen workers. All training must be completed. Immunizations complete 2 weeks prior to travel. Total cost for the trip $600.00. 50% due by May 7, 100% due by May 17th.
